The report quotes unnamed sources as saying that Novell will say it still owns the rights to Unix, but the same article quotes Darl McBride from SCO as saying that all property rights fell into his firm's hands.
But it appears that Novell still holds patents on Unix, and this latest episode in the saga is bound to muddy the waters once more. µ
