Sony Xperia Z2 video

We take a tour of Sony's top-end Android 4.4 Kitkat smartphone
Sat Apr 19 2014, 09:20

THE SONY XPERIA Z2 has arrived, and looks to tempt users away from the likes of the Galaxy S5, iPhone 5S and HTC One M8.

In terms of specs, there's no reason why the Xperia Z2 shouldn't. It features a 5.2in LED-backlit 1080p HD display, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset and Google's latest Android 4.4 Kitkat software. This, of course, comes topped with Sony's own customisations.

The Xperia Z2, like the Galaxy S5, boasts resistance against dust and water, and its 20.7MP rear-facing camera is also capable of shooting 4K video. There's also a 3,200Mah battery onboard, alongside support for 4G LTE connectivity.

Check out our Sony Xperia Z2 hands-on review. µ
