TAIWANESE HARDWARE OUTFIT Asus has built the best Android tablet to date. The hybrid device comes with a 10.1in Super IPS+ screen, Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core 1.3GHz processor, keyboard dock and mammoth 18-hour battery life.

With a price point of £499 including the dock, it's a worthy challenger to the Ipad and represents excellent value for money. µ
