The handset went on sale last week and brought with it the latest version of Google's mobile operating system, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This latest Google mobile operating system merges the smartphone and tablet variants and adds features such as facial recognition to unlock devices and near field communication (NFC) sharing of content such as apps and files.
On the hardware front it boasts a large 4.65in Super AMOLED curved screen with 720x1280 resolution. In addition to this impressive screen are a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. µ

No mentions of the Volume Control issue or that the physical buttons don't work at first attempt the majority of times.
We at Samdung have a big reputation for releasing untested products and once we have your money, we don't care!!! Just look at the fiasco we created by releasing the Galaxy S in July 2010 and the GPS/WiFi hardware didn't work properly for most. We thought that nobody would actually want to use them and only put them in so it sounded impressive to the customer. We also then made our valued customers wait until December 2010 for Froyo, and even then it still didn't work, and we also removed that useless function which allowed users to put a postcode in for their contacts. Only those in the US of A need that function, so we only allowed US zip codes. After thousands of irate users bombarding our facebook page complaining, we made them wait 6 weeks for the fix for this and still the GPS/WiFi didn't work. We have been told to call all customers "marks" for some reason, even if they are called George, Lorraine or any other name!!
