THE ASUS TRANSFORMER is one of the most exciting tablets to come out this year, running Android Honeycomb with a docking keyboard that turns the tablet into a netbook.

The tablet runs on a Nvidia Tegra 2 processor along with 1GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage and the ability to increase this using the microSD slot. There is also a miniHDMI port as well as a 5MP rear facing camera and a 1.2MP front facing camera.

The docking station provides the extra functionality of a trackpad and a keyboard including dedicated hot keys for the tablet functions. It increases battery life from 9.5 to 16 hours thanks to its own battery. The keyboard dock also has an SD card reader, 2 USB 2.0 ports and a power port. µ
