An average 1GB stick costs around 35, incredibly cheap for such an amount of non fiery flash memory that will fit in your pocket and record and save your data.
The beauty of a 1GB stick is that you can actually save a movie plus a few documents on the same USB key. Or so it is related.
It looks good on your keys as well, if you are a Geek like me, and it is useful. We saw a lot of designs but we came across an interesting Adata 512MB USB key.

You won't be able to run this baby if you don't scan your finger. You plug the device in just like any other USB key and on the first start it will ask you to scan one or more of your fingers to access your USB key. I scanned my right hand and if you don't have my finger or you don't know the password I set, you won't be able to access the data. The good thing is that you cannot easily lose a finger and that your data is going to be secure. [Fudo, are you sure this really is a good idea? Ed.]
The surprising part about this small device, packed in a nice white box is that you can actually record your
Internet Exploder favourites, store some mails on it, or store a normal data on the device. You can import your
favourites and carry it around and you can also check the mails and download it on this key. It might be very useful
when you travel a lot and use public PCs. It takes seventeen seconds to transfer a 81.5 MB ZIP file and since the
device is USB 2.0 you won't have any speed problems.
If you give the USB stick to a colegue you can always give him a password to open the data on the key as you can
not actually give him your finger to take it away from your office. He has to take you with him in that case.
We found out that this device actually costs $25 in the US only and it is a real nice price for a very secure
product. A massive 2 GB will cost you only $59.99 and I think this should be enough for anyone.
If you need such a device and if you want some unique features you should consider this one, as it really does
the job and protects your data. Just be careful you need to swipe your finger really slowly in order to read your
biometric data. If you like a nice ipodish design you should and you like your data protection you should consider this
small write memory key. [Are you really, really, really sure this is a good idea, Fudo? Looks dangerous to me. Ed.]
