Galaxy S5 drop claims put to the test

We see whether Samsung's flagship handset can really withstand a nasty drop

ONE OF THE Samsung Galaxy S5's standout features is the fact that it boasts IP67 certification, which means as well as being resistant against dust and water, it should withstand a fair few drops.

More specifically, the Galaxy S5 should withstand 38 drops from 4ft onto wood or concrete, with Samsung clearly trying to win over clumsy smartphone buyers. We put this big claim to the test in our drop test video.
