JAPANESE GAMES FIRM Sony is accepting pre-orders for a couple of games on its upcoming Playstation 4 (PS4) games console.
The firm announced its pre-order setup on Twitter. "We're rolling out PS4 game pre-orders on PS Store (PS3) and SEN online store starting with Knack and Warframe today," it said.
Included is a link to the PS Store, which we followed, where we found Knack for $59.99.
Sony promises there that anyone that pre-orders the game will get it when it goes on sale. Knack goes on sale on 15 November.
Warframe will be released on the same day as Knack, according to Sony, and it appears to be about space robot ninjas.
The free to play game looks a lot like Mass Effect and Devil May Cry, plus Ninja Gaiden, and a dose of space noodles. It will be one of what we understand will be a series of free to play PS4 games.
Warframe is not really described in any way that we find useful. "Ninjas Play Free. They were called Tenno. Warriors of blade and gun - Masters of the Warframe armor. Those that survived the old war were left drifting among the ruins. Now they are needed once more," said Sony by way of explanation.
"The Grineer, with their vast armies, are spreading throughout the solar system. A call echoes across the stars summoning the Tenno to an ancient place. They summon you. Come Tenno, you must join the war."
We get the first bit, it means that the game is free. We reckon the rest will come out in the playing. µ
