Fascism should more properly be called corporatism, since it is the merger of state and corporate power - Benito Mussolini
GAME FIRM Ubisoft has been busy releasing videos that show impatient gamers teasers for its upcoming titles.
The company has released a trailer for something called The Watch, which appears to be a fan portal for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.
The trailer suggests that anyone that doesn't get The Watch will be missing out on a lot of stuff. It will let players take on extra challenges and has plenty of opportunity for acquiring bragging rights.
The Watch is available now, and Ubisoft presumably thinks that people will be all over the VIP program. You'll need to have, or set up, a Uplay account to take advantage of the offer.
More exciting, we say, is the gameplay video for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon that is narrated and played by the game's creative director Dean Evans.
Evans has a nice narrative manner and takes us through a couple of rounds where be blows things up and sets dragons onto his enemies.
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon wears its 80s heart on its sleeve, and promises to be a joy for anyone that likes Far Cry, grew up in the 80s, enjoys shooting things and likes neon.
"Hollywood action icon Michael Biehn (The Terminator, Aliens, and The Abyss), returns in this explosive 1980s-style sci-fi vision of a dark future where cyborgs and mutants collide," says Ubisoft.
"So turn off your VCR, plug in your video game cabinet, and get ready to experience all the thrills of Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon in full stereophonic sound."
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon will be released in early May. µ
