BARCELONA: FINNISH PHONE FIRM Nokia announced its Nokia Lumia 520 smartphone on Monday, the firm's cheapest Windows Phone device to date.
That's not to say that Nokia has skimped on specifications, as despite the phone's expected €185 price tag, it features a 4in WVGA touchscreen, a 1GHz dual-core processor and all of the Finnish company's latest software innovations. µ
