APPLE'S IOS 6 might have been released just yesterday, but it has already been jailbroken.
That's thanks to a bunch of hackers at the Iphone Dev Team, which claims its Redsn0w tethered jailbreak will now work with IOS 6. It's not all good news however, as only the A4 powered Iphone 3GS, Iphone 4 and fourth generation Ipod Touch are said to work with the jailbreak, and it doesn't work yet on the Iphone 4S, Iphone 5 or the 'new' Ipad.
Of course, the release of a jailbreak so soon after the release of IOS 6 is great news for those who want to fully customise their Idevice. However, after jailbreaking your device don't expect any sympathy from Apple if it breaks.
Apple released its IOS 6 mobile operating system yesterday evening, bringing over 200 new features to owners of Apple's older Idevices. These include Apple's new, heavily criticised Maps application, support for Facetime over 3G, Facebook integration, Passbook and a redesigned Itunes Store.
