BERLIN: CHINESE COMPUTER MAKER Lenovo announced the European release of its first Windows 8 tablet, the Thinkpad Tablet 2 at IFA in Berlin today, and we got the chance to have a good look at it.
Although it was announced in June, this is the first time we've seen the Thinkpad Tablet 2 on European shores as it was previously given only a US release date. Lenovo told us we would see it land when Windows 8 debuts in October.
Lenovo's new tablet is the successor to the original Thinkpad Tablet, which shipped around a year ago. It has a 10.1in touchscreen, weighs 600g and is 9.8mm thick. µ
