KOREAN HARDWARE GIANT Samsung launched its latest tablet in the UK today, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.
The INQUIRER was at the tablet's star-studded launch event in London last night, where Samsung showed off its latest Ipad competitor. Like Samsung's 5.3in Galaxy Note smartphone, the device supports stylus input, enabling users to doodle and take notes on its 10.1in 1280x800 display.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 runs Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, complete with Samsung's Touchwiz interface as found on the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone. There's also a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, a 5MP rear facing camera with HD 1080p video, a 1.9MP HD front-facing camera, up to 64GB of internal storage and a 7000mAh battery.
The tablet, which is available in either white or grey, is available today from a number of high-street retailers. In terms of pricing, the 16GB WiFi-only model will fetch £399, while the 16GB WiFi + 3G model will cost £479.99, SIM free.
