THE LATEST new Ipad is on sale, and the mobile phone floggers have finally released their full pricing options.

We've already seen Orange's prices for the tablet, which start at £25 a month for a contract and £199 for the hardware, and now Vodafone has come forward with its prices.

Vodafone's prices for the basic 16GB model are slightly higher than those of Orange, and add £2 to its £25 monthly rental, bringing it up to £27 a month for its two year contract. With this option users pay £199 for the basic new Ipad, while the 64GB model costs £345.

Other deals from Vodafone are a monthly rolling contract that costs £15 a month with £15 for every 1GB you go over the 2GB allowance and £499 up front for the tablet.

Another option, aimed at people that think they might use only 500MB of data every 30 days, is £7.50 a month. Again the Ipad costs £499, but this time any additional data costs £7.50 for each additional 500MB. With both of these deals the largest Ipad, the 64GB model costs £645.

Three seems to have the best prices for punters and the largest array of options. There, a £25 a month deal will get you the 16GB Ipad, a two year contract, 15GB of data and a £159 up front cost for the hardware.

If you want to pay £29 a month you can get the same data allowance, but the Ipad will cost you only £99. Three's deal for the largest Ipad, the 64GB model, is the same, except the Ipad costs £299. Here Three shows the white option as being sold out.

At the Apple Store the new Ipad starts from £399 for the most basic 16GB WiFi-only model through to £659 for the WiFi+4G - 3G in the UK - 64GB version. µ
