CES: Sony Xperia S video demo

JAPANESE ELECTRONICS MAKER Sony is hoping that the Xperia S will reverse its fortunes in the smartphone market when it is released in the first quarter. Key features include a 4.3in HD display, a 12MP camera, NFC functionality and HDMI output.
Sony will initially ship the device with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is expected to be made available soon after launch. µ
