JAPANESE ELECTRONICS FIRM Fujitsu has announced its Arrows ES IS12F smartphone.
The Arrows ES handset measures just 6.7mm thick trumping Motorola's Razr, which is an impressive 7.1mm thick. Fujitsu's smartphone will have a 1.4GHz processor and run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

As well as being thin, the phone is also very light at a mere 105g, lighter than most handsets on the market. The device will come with a 4in AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass and 480x800 resolution.
Other specifications include a rear facing 5MP camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and Infrared. Fujitsu said the handset is waterproof and will come with an 'Ultra Tough Guard' case in black or red.
A lot of Fujitsu's devices are reserved for the Japanese market but Fujitsu created its Arrows brand with an aim to launch products around the world. The Fujitsu Arrows ES IS12F phone will tip up in January, but we haven't heard back from Fujitsu yet as to whether it will sell the phone in the UK. µ
