Cyber conference kicks off in London

THE INQUIRER'S sister title V3 is at the London Conference on Cyberspace to see the opening keynote and first session chaired by UK Foreign Secretary William Hague and featuring Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, Facebook's UK president Joanna Shields and Indian Minister of Communications Sachin Pilot.

The topic under discussion is 'hopes and fears', and V3 is posting live updates from the event on Tuesday from 11.40am GMT. µ
