ONLINE DEPARTMENT STORE Amazon has revealed that it is bringing back its Black Friday deals this November.
Black Friday at Amazon isn't just the day after Thanksgiving, it is a week long event of deals on the web site that will run between 21 and 25 November. The online retailer will offer various products at discount prices for a limited period of time.
Amazon said, "Black Friday Deals Week will feature hundreds of time-limited deals over five days from Monday 21 to Friday 25 November. Offers lasting from 15 minutes to four hours will include books, music, electronics, home, sports, fashion, beauty and much more."
This will be the second year in a row that Amazon has run the Black Friday deals. According to the firm it offered over 500 deals over the five days with up to 80 per cent off retail prices.
Amazon hasn't announced any of the deals that it will feature this year as yet. Last year it offered a Take That CD for £1 and games consoles such as the Nintendo Wii for £50.
If last year was anything to go by, you will need to be on the web site ready to grab the deals as they go live. Stock is limited on each product, and the time during which you can buy it, so you'll need to be hitting the refresh button to get in first. µ

This year it looks like plenty of stores are geaing up for Black Friday UK, which has to be good news for both shoppers, who need something to help them this Christmas, and also for shops in need of clearing their shelves.
So it should be a win win from that point.
And the appetite is there too, just look at all the Black Friday UK sites springing up at the moment.
