KOREAN ELECTRONICS GIANT Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy Nexus smartphone, the first device to run the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
The INQUIRER got some hands on time with the Galaxy Nexus, a 4.65in Super AMOLED device that packs a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, NFC and LTE technology and a 1750mAh battery.
Samsung is due to start shipping the Galaxy Nexus in the UK on 17 November, with SIM-free prices expected to be around the £550 mark. µ
