Samsung Galaxy S III specs surface
RUMOURED SPECIFICATIONS have appeared on the internet for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III, including a 2GHz quad-core processor.
Like the current flagship device, the Galaxy S II, the Galaxy S III will run Google's Android operating system and will ship with Ice Cream Sandwich, according to Gsmarena. Samsung will announce the smartphone at next year's Mobile World Congress conference where the firm announced the Galaxy S II earlier this year.
Other than the 2GHz quad-core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S III will have 1.5GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and a 10MP camera. A 4.65in super AMOLED III screen has been specially made for the device with 1280x1024 resolution. This means it will have an odd aspect ratio of 5:4.
The new version of Touchwiz, Samsung's user interface, will be less of a change to Android, so the firm can release updates quicker.
The last of what we know is a 9mm thickness, a powerful 2,250mAh battery and the inclusion of near field communication (NFC) technology. At 9mm the phone will be about 0.5mm thicker than its predecessor.
These specifications are just rumours at the moment so we expect at least some of them to change. If they are correct then we will see a seriously powerful smartphone. µ

You can't seriously be basing a news article which admits its source is 4chan?
A more reliable method would be to put a load of Scrabble tiles and numbers in a tumble dryer and play the specification lottery game... hey look, I've heard Ivy Bridge will be overclockable to 9001GHz and the "Home Basic" edition of Win8 will take up to 512TB of RAM!!
