FINNISH PHONE MAKER Nokia's Developer web site has been hacked by a man who wanted to point out how insecure it was.
According to Finnish publication Helsingin Sanomat, Indian Hacker pr0tect0r AKA mrNRG wrote on the web site, "LOL, Worlds number 1 mobile company but not spending a dime for a server security! FFS patch your security holes otherwise you will be just another antisec victim. No Dumping, No Leaking!!"
A Nokia spokesman admitted the breach and told Helsingin Sanomat, "We are currently evaluating the security practices of websites that are hosted externally."
However, the servers hosting Nokia's Ovi Store and the ones that have the credit card data are not hosted externally and are maintained by Nokia itself. So not to worry, then. µ

Nokia you done goofed. Seriously though after a year of some pretty major attacks against some huge worldwide brands Nokia did little to protect their users.
Yes they gave detailed explanations but I'd much rather have not gotten the email in the first place.
Was just the Nokia developer forum website that succumbed to a SQL injection attack - sloppy, but already fully disclosed by Nokia to forum members and with a refreshingly high level of detail relating to what happened.
