On AT&T

TAIWANESE PHONE MAKER HTC has a smartphone called the Holiday on its way to the US on AT&T.

We can see that the phone has a whopping 4.5in HD touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM based on the images from Engadget. In the image of the apps menu we can see the 'myAT&T' app confirming the phone will be offerred by the US mobile operator AT&T.

We contacted HTC to find out more information about the Holiday but it was unable to comment on rumour or speculation. It was happy to point out the AT&T app but this doesn't help us work out if it's coming to the UK or not.

Other specification we can see is a rear 8MP camera with dual flash and a front facing 1.3MP webcam. The phone is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

We have no idea what the strange California sticker is there for but there is an interesting port on the rear that suggests there will be some kind of dock or stand for the phone.

That's all we know at the moment so we'll have to wait for an announcement from HTC for more. µ
