Facebook's Zuckerberg denies Ceglia ownership claims
THE MARKETING DATABASE Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg is continuing to fight ownership battles and has alleged that Paul Ceglia's emails supporting his claim are "forgeries".
Having sent the Winklevoss twins packing after they tried to claim a larger chunk of Facebook, the social network's founder has filed papers in US District Court in Buffalo, New York demanding that Ceglia provide copies of the alleged contract and emails in question.
Reuters reports that Zuckerberg has declared under oath that Ceglia's emails are "forgeries".
Earlier reports suggested that the emails looked very real indeed, which would be pretty bad for Zuckerberg.
The controversy stems from some work that Zuckerberg did for Ceglia on Streetfax, a search software project. It appears that there was some bargaining back and forth between the two over payment, followed by a general frost that settled over their relationship.
Ceglia claims that Facebook was partly his idea and that Zuckberberg signed a contract with him to give him 50 per cent ownership after he made a $2,000 investment in the project, something that Zuckerberg now denies.
"The contract is a cut-and-paste job, the emails are complete fabrications, and this entire lawsuit is a fraud," said the filing. "When this testing confirms that all of these documents are forgeries, this lawsuit will end immediately." µ

Say you have an idea for an online social networking site but you have no money to get it started , and then one day a colleague offers you $1000 to get you idea off the floor on the condition that any revenue is split halfway and you being young and opportunistic agree. But you never think that in 2 years you will be a billionaire in charge of the worlds biggest social networking site which is a reason you agree to the deal. Then when the person who gave you the money to make yourself a billionaire comes looking for his share would you not do everything in your power to discredit his claims in order to secure you power and control over the company?... Zuckerberg is a fraud he took the money from a hard working man and agreed a deal but when he go rich and and made billions while at the same time smearing a hard working man to the point that Ceglia left america due to harassment
Facebook hired a computer forensics firm, a linguistics expert, a document authentication expert and a private detective to battle Ceglia's allegations. If Ceglia was looking for a quick settlement from Facebook, he may have misjudged his opponent; or is Mark Zuckerberg & his company, Facebook, are just dishonest sociopath scum.
