TAIWANESE LAPTOP MAKER MSI's recently announced CR650 and U270 notebooks have been delayed by a month.

With no signs of either device at online retailers, MSI has confirmed to The INQUIRER that both have been delayed and will be available in April. The initial announcement from MSI on 24 February said that its two AMD Fusion powered notebooks would be available from the beginning of March.

MSI has given The INQUIRER more detailed pricings for the two laptops, with the U270 expected to retail at £330 and the CR650 at £399. This matches up to early predictions of around the £400 mark.

The MSI notebooks both feature AMD's dual core E-350 processor, also known as Zacate, and ATI's Radeon HD6310 graphics card that supports DirectX11. µ

inaccurate terminology

The HD6310 is not a graphics "card." It is a GPU on the same chip as the CPU.
