TAIWANESE FIRM Asus demonstrated its 7-inch Android Memo tablet, including phone accessory, for The INQUIRER at CeBIT.

The tablet was only running Android 2.2 Froyo at CeBIT but Asus is sticking to its claim that all of its tablets will ship with Honeycomb.

In the video you will see the phone accessory that will come with higher end models of the Memo tablet. At CeBIT this phone handset was a non-working prototype. µ

Just ship something already...

I'm so frustrated with Droid based tablets.. I've been trying to buy one now for a month, nobody has them. Except for the terribly overpriced Galaxy Tab.. don't want something tied to a carrier or dataplan, just want to use WiFi at home with the god damn thing. I'm sure the Tab is a great product, but for 699 here in Canada plus a 2 year contract, just not worth it for me.

I'm probably one of the biggest Apple haters, I hate iTunes, not a big fan of Macs etc etc.. but I'm even considering buying a iPad.

What are they waiting for? Just
