TEN VIDEO GAMES nominated for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards were announced this morning by telly presenter Michael Underwood.

No, we've never heard of him either. Unlike the big movie night awards the video games are voted on by members of the public, and the employees of the nominated games' makers, one imagines, repeatedly. Watch the amazingly fabulous announcement of the ten lucky games filmed with the between-the-seats-knee-cam video above. Luvvies to one and all.

For those of you who just can't wait and watch the video through, the ten games are, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Red Dead Redemption, Need For Speed: Hot Persuit, Mass Effect 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Heavy Rain, Halo Reach, Fifa 11, Dance Central and Limbo.
