Launches a prototype months after others launch products

TRAILING BEHIND OTHERS, Sony unveiled at IFA 2010 today a prototype laptop with a 3D-capable 240Hz display that uses Bravia shutter glass technology for the spectacles.

How much this will cost and how much extra the glasses will cost are unknown. The chassis is bound to change again as well. But what does it matter, Sony has been beaten to the punch on 3D laptops by Toshiba and by Asus, to name just two, already. µ
