A LISTING of upcoming products from Eurocom points to a June release of notebooks that will include Nvidia Fermi GPU based graphics.
June is a bit early for a heatwave, but Eurocom's product page shows a GTX480M power option for three of its notebooks, the Cheetah, Panther and Leopard. We'd recommend adding one named Asbestos to the set, but hardly anyone ever listens to us.
The Leopard is the biggest beast of the batch and boasts an 18.4-inch screen, HDMI support and an Intel PM55 chipset.
The Leopard's other specifications include up to 16GB of 'high performance DDR3-1333 SODIMM memory', around 2.6TB of storage with four physical hard drives and RAID 0/1/5/10 support, and a range of wireless connection options, from WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n to Bluetooth. On the port front it has one eSata, HMDI input and outout, DVI and four USB 2.0 sockets.
The GTX480M graphics is an option, anyone who already owns fireman's trousers should strongly consider it. µ
