MOBILE PHONE GIANT Nokia has filed more charges against Apple in its legal argument about which is the most clever.
Nokia has already complained to the ITC that the fruit-themed toymaker has infringed on several of its patents and Apple has counterattacked claiming that it invented everything from the Iwheel and Ifire.
According to Reuters, Nokia filed the case in US District Court in Delaware court on December 29 seeking damages for Apple's alleged infringement of seven Nokia patents in most of its products, court documents showed.
The lawsuit coincided with a claim filed with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) over the same patents, which Nokia alleged Apple infringed in "virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, and computers" sold.
Apparently Nokia needs to take the case to court because the ITC does not decide on financial compensation. The seven patents at issue cover features in user interface, camera, antenna and power management technologies. µ
Nokia is dead - killed by series of rubbish products. Long live Apple and HTC. I think people already realize what junk Nokia sales, e.g. orange dumps Nokia N97 Mini - report suggests supposedly buggy phone has seen a 20% return rate.
Seriously. You ppl really don't get it? Really?
Or are your own lives so pathetically devoid of anything better to do that you just ignore the point and troll anyway?
Your fanboy-like devotion to flaming Nick was entertaining at first but now it's just sad. Find a hobby or something or ffs get out and get some sun.
