JUNIPER NETWORKS is expecting sales of Ethernet switches to grow quickly next year.
The outfit, which has shipped a million units of related products in less than two years, has been shuffling its tarot cards and now expects things to get even better.
David Yen, executive vice president and general manager of the fabric and switching technologies business group at Juniper, told Digitimes that the company thinks things will go well next year.
Juniper has 1.3 per cent of the global Ethernet switch market and is likely to rank as one of the top five vendors in the segment in 2010.
The outfit plans to launch new Ethernet switching products in the first half of 2010 and will continue to cooperate with Taiwan network equipment makers such as Accton Technology. µ
Really? Really?
You know there are home users who would like to use your entry (or next to entry) products. But no, you don't sell them to non-corporate user. If you do, you don't have to wait for 2010 to increase your sales.
