DELL WILL MAKE more acquisitions that will boost corporate sales, according to CEO, Michael Dell.

Speaking to Bloomberg in an interview on Monday, Dell revealed that he is planning more deals within a variety of service industries, including healthcare. He also said the company is looking at taking over firms that will increase sales to corporate clients.

The PC maker hopes that this will help it better compete with HP and IBM, according to Bloomberg. In the interview Michael Dell described the company’s upcoming movements yesterday as 'reasonably active'.

Last month Dell unveiled plans to buy technology services company Perot Systems Corp for $3.9 billion. It was Dell’s largest acquisition in its 25 year history. The move follows HP's acquisition of the outsourcer EDS. µ
