Indeed, got one right in front of me. No thanks to Orange in the UK though, who strung us all along before giving up trying to castrate it with their own firmware.
For some reason none of the techie websites, including this one, has even mentioned Orange's dropping of it (due to their own incompetence, not the fault of the N97).
For those that are interested, Phones4U will sell you one on an Orange contract for £35 a month, 1200 mins, unlimited text and internet, phone for £0 :-)

bad apple

nah man, it's the "if you dont like apple but like idea of iphone then buy this i say" and we know inq dont like apple. I like apple products but wont 'buy' them since they basically still belong to apple. wish somebody would hurry up and copy the ipod nano

Whats with the constant bumping of new N97 stuff? No really are you paid by nokia or something? You havent even shown us a picture of one yet, just stupid videos.
