That is a pretty awesome interface.
This looks way sweeter than the Pre or the iPhallous or anything else i've seen lately. i really like the look and feel of the OS. It looked to be very snappy for everything it was doing. I hope they come to the US and verizon soon. i am due for a new phone.
The video cuts off mid-sentence, so maybe that information was lost.

The new Motorola droid is being released in America in November around the 20th it could be their way of competing with it. I love Nokia but the droid looks amazing!
