Taiwanese outfit writes $215 million cheque

TAIWAN'S Prime View (PVI) has bought US firm E Ink Corp., maker of the electronic paper displays for the Amazon Kindle and Sony Reader.

The deal is worth $215 million and will create a large company to make electronic paper. PVI makes e-paper display modules. Between the two outfits they look after 20 e-book manufacturers worldwide.

Based upon the AP report, the merged company is set to expand and no workers will lose their jobs. µ

You know, if you have such a hard time believing all this science crap, you should really get up from your computer, move to a nice dirt farm in Pigshit, Iowa and hump some sheep the way God intended.

I want my paperless office

And I want it yesterday.

And I want to drive to it in a Chevy Volt.

I think global warming is a scam. But green technology, and not supporting terrorism by buying Saudi oil, I can definitely get behind that. If the way that's going to happen is by scientists posturing and BSing about the stuff that people produce by simply BREATHING is polluting the planet, more power to em.
