THE AMD/ATI EXECU-SHUFFLE is finally settling down, with two more promotions resulting from the merger.
We hear that Eric Demers is now CTO of GPG, more or less replacing Raja Koduri, and Joe "GDDR5" Macri is CTO of Client Solutions. Both are very good moves. µ
Seeing SirEric in such a position is a good thing! this guy's approachable and interesting and has the brains for the job. I applaud this!
Article: good. The promotions were well chosen.
vondrashek: what exactly are you burbling on about? you make no sense, 95% of your post is irrelevant at best. your command of the language is more of an abdication of it; not using your shift key at all is better than randomly making use of it as you have in your hatchet job of a post.
Congratulations Joe!
I know you read INQ like all the graphics people.
Charlie, do you get paid by the article? Even the ones that are two sentences long and have no useful info to mere mortals? I'm sure these are nice people, but who gives a hoot?
The shortness of your article [shortest of the shorts] tells me, is it closest to a parting message?
Here in Ontario Canada, "The Monitor" a free computer magazine closed up for good, is it because whatever was needed to be said about hi-tech has been said in full enough already?
Goddard was the client CTO and had been with AMD about 15 years. I wonder what happened to him?
Just a minute ! Has a Drashek post actually been deleted ?
Hallelujia ! Miracles can actually happen !
And it's not even XMas !
Okay you stated a fact then an opinion. Please state something about the opinion to make a paragraph at least.
