Take the money and run

SEARCH ENGINE outfit Yahoo is going to pay its chief financial officer $1.8 million when he leaves the struggling Internet portal company.

According to the AP, Blake Jorgensen also will get up to 12 months of company-paid medical insurance after he steps aside as Yahoo's chief financial officer.

The severance payment more than triples Jorgensen's $500,000 salary and we guess given the state of the company at the moment paying his severance will be worth every penny. µ
