Microsoft buys BigPark

Nibble Can blame Canada for Xbox
Friday, 8 May 2009, 12:25

SOFTWARE BORG Microsoft has assimilated the Canadian game maker BigPark.

A spokesVole said in a statement that the outfit will be assimilated with the Microsoft Game Studios collective and its drones will continue development on an exclusive Xbox 360 game.

It is not clear how much the Vole paid for the company. BigPark was founded in 2007 by veterans of Distinctive Software and Electronic Arts Canada.

Its founders were involved with hit games such as "Need for Speed," "FIFA Soccer," "NBA Street" and "SSX." µ

I assume this was the 2nd half of EA Big then great looks like I wont be seeing SSX games on Playstation anymore now lol.

No matter I's planning on buying a 360 anyways again when I can get a hold of a Jasper. Did have a 360 want one back again. I am sure we'll see hopefully another SSX game soon providing EA will let them that is I am sure iof there is demand they'll link up again.

My guess?

Robbie Bach met someone in a pub with a great deal, going on this title he was working on, called 'Duke Nukem Forever.'
