HP updates Pavilion Elite line

HP HAS just updated its Pavilion Elite m9600 series with Intel Core i7 940 processors.
Also in the upgrade are a 1TB hard drive, and 12GB of system memory. The range is targeted at the high-end multimedia market.

Pavilion-elite-m9600The base model starts at $949 and comes with an Nvidia GeForce 9600 GS graphics card, a 500GB hard drive, and a SuperMulti DVD burner (dual layer DVD+/-RW). A Blu-ray reader and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics card are optional upgrades.

It is available on hpshopping.com and will be retailed from April 13. µ
