HP and its new prize EDS are hoping to draw in more punters to their cloud services by peddling more flexible and custom services aimed at non-traditional customers.
In the past punters paid the same fee for all levels of application support. However now the plan is to break those services down in turns of priority with the top tier services will have to pay more.
EDS said that this structure will save some customers more than 40 per cent. µ
