Youtube mulling music site

Universal chatter
Thu Mar 05 2009, 14:02
ACCORDING TO SOURCES, Youtube is having a series of fireside chats with  Vivendi's Universal Music Group with a view to creating an online music Web site.

It's not clear who the sources are, or who they spoke to originally, but the Wall St Journal has been mentioned in dispatches so it must be true.

The sources said the chats are confidential so they didn't want to be named, presumably because they should have kept their mouths shut.

Youtunes anyone? µ
