YAHOO might be getting back on track after it released a new integrated service for mobile users.
The strokers of beards and nodders of chins say that the package is a return to the days when Yahoo actually did something interesting.
Yahoo Mobile allows punters to organise the information they gather on their smartphones, managing social notworking friends and the like. The service debuted in a managed beta programme yesterday.
It offers the service to anyone who has Internet connection not just those who have fingers fat enough for a smartphone. µ

Yahoo has come up with some great ideas and services over the years, but have been terrible at implementing, promoting and maintaining their offerings. I suspect the same will be true of this. Yahoo really should be the google of today, but they fumble way too much, regardless of their leadership.
