Stairway to iHeaven

A BLOKE has penned an app which turns the Iphone into a musical instrument.

Ge Wang has already written software which turned geeks armed with Imacs into musicians and now it seems he wants to do the same thing with other Apple toys.

Smule turns the mobile phone into an Ocarina which is a wind instrument that sounds a bit like pan pipes.

Daft as it sounds, here's Stairway to iHeaven.

So far the app has been downloaded 600,000 times, Wang claims. µ
