HP netbooks will run three versions of Windows 7

Crowbars in the code
Tuesday, 10 February 2009, 14:35

MAKER OF OVERPRICED PRINTER INK Hewlett Packard has said that at least three versions of the upcoming Windows 7 will be crowbarred into future models of its Mini netbooks.

Apparently the Professional and Home Premium editions and the low-end Starter edition, which will limit users to running three applications at a time, will work on the hardware.

HP said that Windows 7 "runs well" on the Minis, even with Aero turned on. µ

Is this special version called 'Vista' by any chance?
