Garmin teams up with ASUSTek

SAT NAV MAKER GARMIN is working with Asustek to develop and produce a line of smartphones.

First off the shelf will be the Garmin-Asus nuvifone G60, which  will be unveiled at the the Mobile World Congress trade show which opens its doors on February 16th in Barcelona.

According to the press puff it looks like the touch-screen phone will use a lot of Garmin's location-finding and mapping software. µ
