Microsoft divides IT budgets with EMC

Only a certain amount of cash out there

MICROSOFT has done a deal with EMC to target companies with joint projects rather than compete for limited deals.

Shy and retiring softly spoke Volish CEO Steve Ballmer said that most companies had ordered their IT departments to cut five to ten percent of their budgets and this was resulting in projects getting killed.

However if a glorious Vole and EMC alliance was able to save IT departments cash, they might keep these projects alive. µ
