Facebook kills assassination group

Nibble Fund to bump off Evo Morales axed
Wed Jan 28 2009, 11:18

SOCIAL notworking site Facebook has killed off one of its groups which had been set up to raise cash to pay for an assassination of Bolivia's leftist president, Evo Morales.

The Spanish-language group, created in August, had 8,069 members. It called for a "Global collection to hire a sharpshooter to liquidate Evo Morales," the group's first description line stated, "We need to get the money to inspire someone to do it."

The Bolivian creator of the group, Hony Pierola, denied any malice. He told the AP he started the group "to laugh a little" and it was not serious. Facebook has been in hot water lately after running Gang Rape hobby sites and fansites for Mafia mobsters. µ

Lol @ Morg

There is an accumulating book of evidence for Wily Coyote being behind most of the recent unsolved assassinations, including JFK, Jimmy Hoffa and the Road Runner...

Never presume the implementation

So they want him dead, there's the goal. But they immediately specify the means ("sharpshooter"). Sigh - bad as govt contracts... would they refuse to pay if the contractor drops an ACME grand piano on him instead?
