US Supreme Court bins Web porn law

Nibble It is every persons' constitutional right to see smut
Thursday, 22 January 2009, 12:08

THE US SUPREME COURT has upheld a lower court ruling that the Child Online Protection Act, which was supposed to protect kids from the perils of Web porn, violated the constitutional right to free speech.

It means that the Child Online Protection Act (COPA), which was passed by Congress in 1998 but never enforced will be consigned to the trash can of history. µ

Porn for all

Atleast now my teenage daughters son will be able to look at porn without getting into my collection.

Good

It shouldn't be down to Law to manage what kids see on the internet. This is the responsibility of the parents. In my opinion, too many parents are getting lazier generation after generation.

All this nanny state crap is getting out of hand. Porn isn't thrust in our faces (as much as we'd love it to be) we chose to see it. That's free will!

I don't know about you guys but it really get my goat when people complain about something they saw on TV or heard on the radio. If you don't like it, SWITCH IT OFF!!

The Porn Of The Nut

The blind realists are correct because others’ minds are still off-limits and the gap between getting nicked and teasing is still at large. When the link between behaviour and illness has yet to be directly established, quackery & its handler are still getting away with beggary, thievery & murder.

Morality is not some airy-fairy sense of injustice of religious proportions, it is actually innate within all. Animals don’t mind, say, eating their poo, but no sane person actually does so [unless one is acting out some sexual “encounter”]. As such, every sane person knows what morality is which means that morality is not a matter for adjudication nor is it a matter of belief or disbelief. It is a matter of fact. This is how topsy-turvy intellect can get whilst not forgetting that stupidity is the summit of intellect because it has the ability to cheat itself. Not a single animal knows how to do that. Another elusive reality. Not being able to legislate facts because of intellect’s meanderings.

Porn is addictive in more ways than one can imagine and topsy-turvy is when alcohol is encouraged & mandatory during diplomatic functions [one BBC report actually trivialised & mocked a Chinese diplomatic gathering for serving apple juice probably because of the lack of sophistication-cum-fashion like high heels and generous expositions of flesh-cum-mammary-glands not to mention the missing sweetness of some tongue-twisitnhg foreign lingo – “ere, the ‘froat is where its at matey and you’ll need that for guzzling fashion”] whereas “pigs” of every size & might will gladly give their life to nab some stoned-out joint-festies for the sake of mankind.

It would be benevolent to realise that magnetism, oka carbon, is morality and its 2nd incarnation took His “seat” at the level of the eyes – vision/sight. Magnetism, literally, is the support of the causal universe and Its sister, Electricity, brings forth life. Magnetism is a neuter because it is Innocence per se and without innocence, nothing will exist. Without magnetism/morality, all activity will cease. Including porn, an intellectual-cum-conditional pursuit/addiction/fetish which is not to be confused with the enjoyment of sex between married couples. Say, “Aahhhh..” for those poor self deprived flagellates as they wait for their moment of porn – the choir practice.

all right

two sided coin. on one hand nearly everyone enjoys watching it, but in reality one can not have it off the way they percieve it from movies. what happens with those who watch it after a while is that they get spoiled understanding of how to relate with others. i know what i am talking about in here. porn movies are not for the general public in it's best sense, i mean it's nice to have a good time with the one you love as well as utilize, but criminals, diseases and similar only influence the negative side of what porn brings to humanity. porn must be eliminated not by punishing idiots which is useless, but by promoting more games and good reading for kids that develop a true understanding of how to prepare for the final hour, which we know not.
