Autodesk digests iLogic technology

AUTODESK has completed the acquisition of iLogic software and related technology from Canada-based Logimetrix, Inc.

Autodesk said on December 2nd it was poised to snap up Logimetrix iLogic's desktop design automation technology.

It said it was buliding digital prototyping expertise, to allow manufacturers  to design, visualise and simulate products before they are built.

Autodesk isn't saying how much it paid for the technology. µ
