Myspace bans McKinnon as latest deadline looms
PENTAGON HACKER Gary McKinnon received a double blow yesterday when Myspace took down his music video and the UK's High Court refused his application for a judicial review.
Gary's music video, Only a Fool, had stormed the Myspace video charts, reaching number three the last time we checked, not three days after it was posted.
His application for a judicial review had sought to prevent his extradition on the grounds that it would be cruel to send him, as a sufferer of Asperger's Syndrome, to a US jail. The government should secure him the right to serve time in a British prison if he was found guilty in a US court, said the application.
Janice Sharp, Gary's Mum and lead campaigner, said that Myspace had removed his video because it was being used to promote his campaign.
She said the High Court had given Gary until 5 December to apply for an oral judicial review. The High Court's refusal yesterday had been for a written review. This may be his last recourse.
Myspace was unable to explain what had happened to the video. But The INQUIRER understands that the video was pulled by someone in the US without explanation. µ

Now the boy is going on a little trip to the U.S. for oh, perhaps 20 years or so. 

Not to worry because Gary will get lots of help for his "illness" in the U.S. His cellmate Bubba will take really good care of him and even teach him some new "tricks".
Compare and contrast:
1. Corporation "gathered data" about private citizens.
2. Private citizen with mild psychiatric condition hacked Corporation's computers.
He didn't hack corporate computers, well, unless you classify the US government as a corporation, which isn't completely unfair.

McKinnon wants to be sure he spends a long, long time in a U.S. prison for his crimes. Posting anything on MyFool illustrates a lack of reality. Gary will get quite an education in the U.S. prison system.

Title says it all. That you would wish such a massively disproportionate punishment and actually sound gleeful at the thought of McKinnon being raped in prison is simply disgusting.
You're a nasty person and you're far more dangerous than McKinnon could ever be.

RE: Paul "Gary has run out of phony road blocks to extradition"

Phony road blocks.. hmm they're using Anti Terrorism laws to extradite for non terrorism related crime (like they did with the Natwest Enron 4) that took place on our soils. The same laws pushed for by the US but they didn't bring any new laws for extraditing to the UK in return.

The world would be a better place if muppets like you Paul were locked up instead.
