Boy George in court over hacker claims

Do you really want to hurt me?
Tuesday, 25 November 2008, 09:29

BOY GEORGE is in court after a Norwegian escort complained he had been manacled to a bedroom wall and beaten with a metal chain after the 1980's pop star accused him of hacking.

The former Culture Club singer, 47, is on trial for the false imprisonment of 29-year-old Audun Carlsen.

Carlsen told London's Snaresbrook Crown Court that he met the singer through a website and went to his London home for a naked photo shoot.

After the encounter, Boy George sent a series of e-mails accusing Carlsen of hacking into his computer. For some reason, Carlsen returned for a second photo session several weeks later in April 2007.

But when he arrived Boy George and another man held him down and beat him before the singer handcuffed him to a hook in the bedroom wall.

Carlsen escaped by unscrewing the hook and running for the door. However Boy George continued to hit him with a metal chain.

The court heard how Carlsen ran into the street clad wearing only in his underwear. He had red welts on his head and injuries to his arm.

The case continues. µ

Perfect match

On the one hand we have a paranoid has-been with manacles and chains at home (and the will to use them), and on the other hand we have a guy who accepts a to set foot alone a second time in a secluded (from the public eye at least) area in the company of former guy who accused him of a crime (with or without reason is another issue).
One's a nut, the other is dim. You decide which is which.
